September 2010. This was the first northern light of the season, an unexpected surprise. I was not prepared for such an event and I quicky took this photo using the car as a tripod.
We were in Muodoslompolo, Sweden, near the border with Finland.
This is Ginevra, my golden retriever puppy, during a brief break for breath while playing in the woods.

Dol-de-Bretagne is a medieval city near the Baie de Mont St-Michel, in Brittany. This is the Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Samson, viewed from the front Museum.
The photo was taken in summer 2011.
Lightning storm in Milan’s sky.
It was September 5, 2010 and the storm lasted about half an hour. I was lucky enough to be able to setup the tripod and take pictures.

That waterfall is located at the foot of Eyjafjallajökull glacier. I took the pictures on July 2010, three months after the eruption of the volcano and the jökulhlaup that flooded the surrounding area.
